4. After the application is reviewed
by the registrar, she will call you to set an appointment
for an interview with the School Administrator or other
administrative personnel. This person will meet with the
parents and student(s) to discuss policies and procedures
and answer any questions that you may have about the school.
5. After the interview, the
admissions committee will review all enrollment information
for approval. Most applications are approved as long as
the student does not have discipline problems, drug
problems, or more than one failing grade.
6. Parents will be notified of the child's approval
for admission, non-approval, or placement on the waiting
list. Usually this takes about one week.
7. Upon notification of approval, the non-refundable
registration fee is to be paid to complete the enrollment.
Admission Evaluation
Kindergarten and Elementary
Grades - An admission evaluation may be administered before the fall
semester.
Enrollment
Priority
Students will be admitted in the
following order of priority:
1. Currently enrolled
students/re-enrollment paid by February 28.
2. School or church staff members.
3. Sibling of currently enrolled students.
4. Church member families.
5. New students on a first come, first serve basis of paid
registration fees after approval for admissions.
