Bay Area Christian School has developed an athletic program that competes successfully in the private and public sectors across the state of Texas. BACS has proven that a quality program can be fashioned with student athletes that respect Christian values and principals.

Organized sports in our school affect the lives of hundreds of our students, and by projection their families. The fact is that the organized sports program at BACS is a school within a school. The classrooms may be fields and courts, but the lessons taught there are as valuable and real as any taught in the classroom of the school building. The athletic facilities are often referred to as character laboratories. Here, the lessons taught are not only in skills and techniques of a particular sport, but they are lessons in living itself.

Bay Area Christian School, established in 1973, is accredited through ACTABS and is a Class 3A member of TAPPS, the largest private school association in the state.

"So, whether you eat or drink,
or whatever you do,
do all to the glory of God."
1 Corinthians 10:31
