Bay Area Christian School (BACS) seeks to fulfill the following needs for the 2017-18 school year. Start dates are dependent on specific duties posed by each individual position and may vary accordingly. Qualified candidates for faculty positions would be those who confess Christ and exhibit a Christian lifestyle, have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, and have at least 24 hours in the specific content discipline advertised. Interested applicants should send resumes and completed applications along with college transcripts to Human Resources. Only submissions containing all three of the mentioned elements will be processed.
Qualified candidates for substitute teaching positions would be those who confess Christ and exhibit a Christian lifestyle, and have a minimum of 24 hours of college coursework completed. Transcripts are required to verify the completion of coursework – unofficial transcript copies are acceptable. Interested substitute teacher applicants should send completed applications along with college transcripts to Human Resources. Only submissions containing both of the mentioned elements will be processed.
All other positions require a minimum of a completed employment application. Resumes are optional and can be attached to the application.
