Bay Area Christian School serves 950+ Pre-K through 12th grade students and their families each day across our League City campus. Operations
- Pay Rates: $20 per hour drive time and $8 per hour on-call wait time
- Schedule: varies depending on school field trips and athletic events calendar, but prior notice would be given for available shifts

THE EARLY LEARNING ACADEMY AT BACS
Benefits: For dependent children enrolled in the ELA only - tuition discount of 20% for Teachers and 5% for Classroom Assistants; FT employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for health insurance
BACS ANCILLARY / part-time
Cafeteria Aides / Cafeteria Subs
- Before and after school supervision, known as Extended Care, is provided to assist BACS parents who need additional supervision for children outside of the school day
- Morning Schedule: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Afternoon Schedule: 3:15 PM – 6:00 PM
- This position is intended for adult applicants 18+ only; HS student workers should use the "Extended Care Student Workers" application link below
- Provide customer service by attending to the gate or concessions stand at home athletic events on the BACS campus
- Schedule varies based on the needs of the BACS Athletics Dept. for events
BACS STUDENT WORKERS
- Before and after school supervision, known as Extended Care, is provided to assist BACS parents who need additional supervision for children outside of the school day
- Student Workers must be at least 16 years of age for consideration
- Schedule: 3:15 PM – 6:00 PM
Athletic Event Student Workers
- Provide customer service by attending to the gate or concessions stand at home athletic events on the BACS campus
- Student workers must be at least 16 years of age for consideration
- Schedule varies based on the needs of the BACS Athletics Dept. for events
BAY AREA CHURCH
- Full-time (40 hours/week) staff position at Bay Area Church
- Full-time pastoral position leading the Student Ministry at Bay Area Church
- Part-time (15-20 hours/week) church staff position supporting the administrative functions of the church's Missions and Mobilization Ministry
- Full-time pastoral position leading the Missions and Mobilization ministries at Bay Area Church
Kids Ministry - Nursery Adult Workers
- Must be at least 18 years of age for consideration
- Depending on your schedule availability and the ministry's needs, shifts may include: Tuesday evenings (during Care Ministry groups), Wednesday evenings (during Midweek), Saturdays (special events), Sundays (AM worship services, special events)
Kids Ministry - Nursery Student Workers
- Must be 16 or 17 years of age for consideration
- Depending on your schedule availability and the ministry's needs, shifts may include: Tuesday evenings (during Care Ministry groups), Wednesday evenings (during Midweek), Saturdays (special events), Sundays (AM worship services, special events)
