February 5 Head of School Weekly Update
Dear BACS Family,
I pray this message finds you enjoying a great week. As we continue to partner together in educating the next generation, I want to offer a simple word of encouragement: keep doing what you’re doing by leading your children in a manner grounded in God’s Word. If you’re anything like me, reminders like this are always helpful—I know I need them often. Parenting is challenging, but it is also one of the greatest privileges and responsibilities we are given. While we don’t get do-overs, we are given many years to grow, learn, and improve along the way. Consistency—not instant results—is what ultimately makes the difference.
As the excitement of the new calendar year begins to fade, our children will continue to face challenges—mentally, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. Because we only have them for a portion of each day at school, the guidance, encouragement, and reassurance they receive at home is incredibly important. Let’s continue to steward this opportunity well as we work together to lead, equip, and build up students to serve Christ.
In closing, I’m excited to share some good news. Beginning this summer, Mr. Jeff Buehler will step into the role of Assistant Athletic Director. Jeff is no stranger to BACS—this is his fourth year as a high school history teacher, and he has coached multiple sports during his time here. You can find a brief bio of Jeff on the next page. Please join me in congratulating him as he begins this new chapter of leadership.
It’s a great day to be a Bronco!
